We started July as we ended June with FATs on another P2.5 order. In this case a smaller lot of around 50m2 slim, light weight 500×500 P2.5 events offering 1000nits brightness.

Moving on from P2.5 our next FAT was a 100m2 outdoor P16 front/rear service fixed installation product with 1R1G1B DIP screen offering over 7500nits brightness.

Returning to the popular P2.5 pitch we conducted FAT on 100 panels of concave, events ready P2.5 arranged here in columns for inspection.

We closed out the month returning to COB with this P1.2 400nits COB display.

June saw us conduct FATs on almost 1400m2 of LED screens covering a wide range of product types including 550m2 of indoor P2.5 events panel, 300m2 of outdoor P3.91, over 120m2 of indoor fixed & events style P1.5, 120m2 of P2.9 indoor event panel, 200m2 of P3 indoor fixed install, 64m2 of indoor P3.91 plus P1.2 COB. Another busy month which saw us move into COB and IMD technologies with a review of a P1.2 COB screen and 1st Article inspection on a P1.5 IMD screen in preparation for a large FAT scheduled for June. In addition we conducted FAT on 50m2 of P2 indoor fixed install products, 300m2 P3.9 outdoor events ready product and over 150m2 of indoor P2.9 events ready product.

June is already scheduled to be a packed month with 100m2 of P1.5, around 600m2 P2.5, 200m2 P3 plus P1.2 COB, P1.5 SMD and outdoor P10. We still have resources available for a few more days in June and are taking orders for July so if in need of FAT support please do not hesitate to contact us.

Product Review P1.2 COB

A busy March/April with FATs on over 1300m2 of product ranging from indoor P2.5 to outdoor P3.9 and a further 400m2 of FATs to complete before the close of April.

A mammoth FAT covering a total of 15 P2.5 screen installations over 6 days comprising 1200 precision machined events style aluminum die cast 500x500mm panels with curve mechanism and high contrast black SMD1515 offering 1200nits brightness and 3840Hz refresh rate. Screens were set up seamlessly testing performance over wide angle and including hanging screens to test convex and concave seamless installation.

We closed out the very short month of February with extended FAT including multi stage inspections during production and the final pre-shipment FAT on an impressive 15m2 of front service P1.27 with precision machined die cast 610x343x61mm panels.

The year of the pig started out for us with an FAT on 240 panels of indoor P2.97 in light weight, die cast aluminum cabinet complete with removable power box and curve mechanism offering -5deg to +10deg adjustment.

With black SMD2121 LEDs the product offers over 1000nits brightness at 3840Hz refresh rate.
