March 11th, 20202020 saw us off to a great start with a busy LED display screen FAT schedule up to CNY and while CNY brought a welcome break, and unfortunately Covid-19 forced an unwelcome extended break, we have relaunched completing 5 FAT days in the 1st week of March. It is looking like a busy March/April but we still have availability and I would be pleased to discuss your FAT or product sourcing needs.

Oct 2019 – Projects & FAT Services
November 8th, 2019October was a great month continuing with a further 1,200 m2 of outdoor P3, plus 80 panels of indoor P1.5 and completion of a rush project for over 100m2 of sturdy outdoor, light weight aluminum die cast perimeter system, 8mm pitch Nationastar gold SMD2727 LED with high refresh MBI drive IC, rubber mask and rubber bumper, angled kick stand and emergency gate hinge.

Sep 2019 – Projects & FAT Services
October 6th, 2019September was a successful month during which we welcomed new clients, conducted FATs at new factories, kicked off our largest FAT to date, all while continuing to support our established client base. We still have a few dates available in October so please contact me to discuss your FAT or LED screen needs.
Our largest FAT to date covering over 2,000m2 of product keept us busy through September and into October. We completed 350m2 of outdoor P5.8, 5500nits fixed installation product before moving on to a further 330m2 of outdoor P3, 2000nits fixed installation product. We resume after the Golden Week holidays.
Other screens completed during September include 20m2 outdoor brightness transparent screen plus a 20 panel indoor P1.6 screen.
Aug 2019 – Projects & FAT Services
August 27th, 2019We continued with FATs at a steady pace during August with more P2.5 curved convex and concave cabinets, then a large screen of indoor P3.9 events ready panels with ground stack plus a massive 300m2 P16 outdoor DIP before moving away from LED to inspect an order of LCD kiosks. We finished the month back on LED with another indoor P3.9 as well as one of our own design projects for numeric displays signs. Not all our LED displays are jumbos.

This image shows a section of the 300m2 P16 DIP fixed installation screen inspected. This is a front/rear service 7000nits billboard style outdoor screen.
Taking a break from LED we conducted an FAT on several 75″ portrait shaped, double sided LCD kiosks. As part of our sourcing service we are also supplying LCD displays and pleased to receive inquiries.
These 7000nits high brightness RGY numerical displays mounted in stainless steel cabinets were designed specifically to our clients requirements.
We ended the month with 100m2 full front service indoor P3.9
July 2019 – FAT Services
August 6th, 2019We started July as we ended June with FATs on another P2.5 order. In this case a smaller lot of around 50m2 slim, light weight 500×500 P2.5 events offering 1000nits brightness.
Moving on from P2.5 our next FAT was a 100m2 outdoor P16 front/rear service fixed installation product with 1R1G1B DIP screen offering over 7500nits brightness.
Returning to the popular P2.5 pitch we conducted FAT on 100 panels of concave, events ready P2.5 arranged here in columns for inspection.
We closed out the month returning to COB with this P1.2 400nits COB display.
Jun 2019 – FAT Services
June 29th, 2019June saw us conduct FATs on almost 1400m2 of LED screens covering a wide range of product types including 550m2 of indoor P2.5 events panel, 300m2 of outdoor P3.91, over 120m2 of indoor fixed & events style P1.5, 120m2 of P2.9 indoor event panel, 200m2 of P3 indoor fixed install, 64m2 of indoor P3.91 plus P1.2 COB. The following image are of some of our FATs.
