This screen comprising 326 x P6 flexible or curving modules is the latest in a long history of working with flexible LED screens going back to the earliest development of the product some ten years ago. Comprising a flexible substrate sandwiched in protective rubber layers and with magnetic backing this product offers an ultra slim screen face capable of following any curving steel surface within the specified minimum curve radius. Front service is as simple as peeling back a module.
These modules measured 288x144mm and pitch P6 but the latest developments from this team include 400x300mm modules in pitch 1.6mm, 1.9mm 2.5mm and 3mm.

220m2 of M2.9 Die Cast Rental Panel
This project covered almost 900 panels of M2.9 with a multi stage FAT including IQC, IPQC, 1st Article inspection and final FAT. The M2.9 is a front service 500x500mm die cast indoor panel with removable power box, capable of creating convex and concave screens.
110m2 of X2.6i Die Cast Rental Panel
The second of the months large scale FATs with almost 450 panels of indoor 2.6mm pitch X2.6i, a front service die cast indoor panel with removable power box and capable of creating concave and convex screens to +- 3deg.

Offering excellent image quality floating on a maximum transparency panel the iClear solution is the latest in a range of “glass” transparent panels. With significantly improved clarity over earlier models iClear also offers a custom designed extruded profile frame reducing the visual impact of the frame and maximizing the window area.
Further enhancements include better alignment through more accurate location and locking necessary for smaller pitch screens and selection of electronics to fit in the vertical frame sections.
