LED Video Screen FAT Inspections
December 25th, 2014November and December have been a very busy couple of months for Bateman Consulting with 32 days of FAT inspections at various factories in Shenzhen and Huizhou. Products included 130m2 of Fi6 indoor die cast 6mm product, 60m2 of outdoor An8.9, around 150m2 of soft mesh MJ4-40, 70m2 of indoor HD An3.9, 9m2 of outdoor Cn12.5A, over 40m2 of An6.9, 230 panels of Mini P3.75 and a massive 300m2 of A3Pro.

Die Cast Indoor Cabinet Creates Seamless Multi Faced LED Screens
November 3rd, 2014The Fi6 indoor P6 die cast 480×480 LED panel proved to be the perfect solution for an eight sides LED video screen demanding seamless corner joins. The robust die cast cabinet was customized to create the necessary angles without compromising structure or performance of the screen face. The finished 260 cabinet installation will display 360deg seamless image.

400m2 4-LED Soft Mesh Canopy
October 18th, 2014The MJ4 is a versatile pixel based screen product ideal for both rental and fixed installations, screen back drops, creative indoor & outdoor effects and giant architectural fascia displays.
Each pixel is fully IP67 and with 4 x 3-in-1 high bright SMD LED’s produces 12cd of light output per pixel. At 40mm pitch as used in the Martin Place Christmas celebrations 2013 this is equates to an impressive 6500nits.
400m2 of MJ4-100 is now shipping to Australia as a celebratory street canopy for Christmas 2014.

Light Weight, Slim Indoor P6.9 LED Screen – Excellent Rental Product
October 17th, 2014The An6.9 indoor LED video screen is an excellent value-for-money rental screen equally adapted to fixed installation applications. At only 10kg for a 500mm x 1000mm panel, only 65mm deep, this light weight modular system is quick to install employing side and top locks producing a seamless finished image.
For those with immediate need this is a product in frequent demand shipping from stock or on delivery as short as 25 days. At the time of writing some 160m2 are available ex-stock but 30 panels have already shipped and the remainder will not last long.
