November was another very busy month for Bateman Consulting with 28 visits to LED display manufacturers in Shenzhen and Huizhou.

Several days this month were spent in Huizhou in various stages of inspection on this very popular front service P3.9 die cast rental product, including a review of materials at IQC, first article and final FAT to ensure product fully met the clients needs.

26m² Indoor Front Service Black P6, Fixed Install

This relatively new product offers distinct advantages in ease of assembly into custom designed mini frames. Frames can be bolted together forming part of the screen’s structure with the 576mm x 432mm panels being loaded in from the front. Simple to use tools unlock the panel from the front allowing the entire panel to be swapped out for servicing.

7m² Indoor Front Service P2.5 Rental Screen

Returning to Shenzhen we conducted a pre-production FAT on an impressive indoor P2.5 rental product. Increasingly clients are requesting such pre-production trials ahead of the main production especially for large production orders on relatively new products.

Returning to Shenzhen we completed the final production FAT on the indoor P2.5 rental product tested earlier in the month.

The final FAT for the month in was an outdoor P7.8 SMD screen with traditional style aluminum cabinets including custom sizes to meet the clients targets and with lift off doors for ease of servicing. Flexibility in cabinet design was essential since the new screen was to use an existing structure.

China enjoyed a week long National holiday during the first week of October but it was business as usual for Bateman Consulting.

25m2 Indoor Front Service, Fixed Install P3.9

Following on from earlier visits to kick off this client’s latest order and later confirm IPQC status as well as first article performance, we traveled back to Huizhou to conduct final FAT on 25m2 of fixed install, front service P3.9 black body 3-in-1 SMD ensuring the product fully met client’s expectations.

48m2 Outdoor Front Service, Fixed Install P6

A few days later saw the Bateman Consulting team in Zhuhai where we completed FAT on 48m2 of outdoor P6 front service fixed installation SMD screen.

Offering 6000nits brightness and full 140deg horizontal viewing angle the panels are installed from the front while the LED modules are unscrewed from the front allowing servicing of all internal cards and power supplies.

30m2 Light Weight, Indoor P3.9

Back to Shenzhen we completed FAT on 30m2 of light weight indoor P3.9. With carbon fiber construction and weight of slightly more than 4kg per panel this is possibly the lightest product we have worked with.

26m2 Outdoor Light Weight P8.9 Rental Screen

We closed out October in Shenzhen completing an FAT for a client’s order covering 26m2 of outdoor, light weight, P8.9 rental screen. In 500mm x 1000mm panel format, weighing only 13kg per panel, this product is simple to install, in either fixed or flown applications and offers 5500nits with outstanding >140 deg wide angle image quality.

Another busy month with 16 visits to LED screen manufacturers in Shenzhen, Huizhou and Zhuhai.

34m2 P6.25 Pitch 500x500mm LED Floor

We started the month with FAT in Shenzhen on a client order for 34m2 of P6.25 LED floor. This was a new development supported by Bateman Consulting and the resulting floor offered outstanding brightness and viewing angle. This version is with milky white surface but tinted is available.

12m2 & 61m2 Indoor P6.25 Rental 500x1000mm panel

FAT on two client orders for 12m2 and 61m2 of the very popular indoor P6.9 pitch 500x1000mm rental panel soon followed. This is a light weight product, simple to install with excellent uncalibrated uniformity and wide angle performance. Calibration is an option.

8m2 P2.5 Indoor Rental Panel

Sill in Shenzhen we moved onto complete an FAT on 8m2 of indoor P2.5 rental panel.

14m2 Outdoor Front Service P8 Fixed Install Screen

Moving on to Zhuhai we completed the FAT for a client order for a 14m2 outdoor front service P8 fixed install screen offering full 6000nit brightness and 140deg viewing angle.

6m2 Indoor P6.9 500x1000mm Rental

Joining an increasingly long list of P6.9 sales, we returned to Shenzhen to complete the FAT on another client order for P6.9 indoor rental product.

20m2 Indoor P3.75 Indoor Rental

We closed out the month with a referral to a new European client in urgent need for an FAT. Of course always pleased to support new and old clients no matter the urgency and happy to receive endorsements of our services. This FAT in Shenzhen was for 20m2 of indoor P3.75 rental product with a successful FAT ensuring this new client’s project shipped on time.
